What to Expect
The first visit is about identifying the cause of discomfort and setting a baseline for recovery.
We will:
- Review History: Discuss symptoms, past injuries, and health goals
- Perform an Assessment: Identify the source of the issue and any movement restrictions
- Discuss the Plan: Explain our findings and the best course of action
What to Bring
- Your completed new patient forms, if you filled them out ahead of time
- Your insurance card and a photo ID
- Comfortable clothing that makes it easier to move during the exam
Insurance and Payment
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Aetna PPO plans. If your insurance is out of network, we also accept FSA and HSA cards. If you have coverage questions, call the office before your visit and we will help you sort through the details.
